GREETINGS!

Clay has a way of sparking creativity and grounding the soul. Our journeys as potters began later in life for the both of us.  For one of us, it began after years of teaching at a university as a trombone professor. For the other, it actually began after retiring from a 38-year career in the IT field.  Pottery began as a curiosity, then became something more that got us through COVID, and then very quickly became our shared passion. It was a perfect balance to the structured worlds of both IT and music.

 

Now, we can’t imagine what life would be without it.

This website is a space to share that journey—from reflections on the creative process, to practical tips and happy accidents that turned into unique creations. Through a dedicated blog, we will explore the joys and challenges of working with clay, offering insights for beginners and seasoned potters alike. Our goal is to inspire, connect, and celebrate the beauty of handmade ceramics.
